Supercare Cleaner Positions in South Africa

A Supercare cleaner maintains the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards of commercial, healthcare, retail, education, industrial, and government facilities serviced by Supercare Service Group - one of South Africa's leading outsourced cleaning, hygiene, and support services companies operating across all nine provinces.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across designated sites.

• No formal qualification required for entry level positions.
• Grade 10 or Grade 12 preferred for roles on corporate, healthcare, and government contracts.
• Good communication skills in English advantageous for client facing roles.
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, and safe handling is preferred.
• Ability to follow site specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) and structured work schedules.
• A valid driver's licence is advantageous for route based hygiene technician roles.
• Reliability, physical fitness, and willingness to work shifts (including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays).

• Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) awareness training.
• Health and Safety (OHSA) awareness certificate.
• First Aid Level 1.
• Hazardous chemical handling certificate.
• Working at Heights certificate (for specialised high level and rope access cleaning roles).

• Entry level cleaner (commercial or office): ZAR 4,500-6,000 per month.
• Experienced cleaner (commercial or office): ZAR 6,000-8,000 per month.
• Specialist or deep cleaning technician: ZAR 6,500-9,000 per month.
• Healthcare or hospital site cleaner (Supercare contract): ZAR 7,000-10,000 per month.
• Cleaning team leader (Supercare site): ZAR 9,000-13,000 per month.
• Cleaning supervisor (Supercare site or regional): ZAR 13,000-18,000 per month.
