Job Description

To support the division in achieving the business objectives through providing project management in relation to strategic initiatives, new store and revamp projects.

Job Objectives
  • To define the scope of the project in collaboration with operational management.
  • To create a detailed project plan to successfully deliver the project within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • To ensure that that projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
  • To effectively manage and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the project.
  • To continuously train and up skill store staff on chain store image.
  • To effectively manage all projects within the division relating to new stores, refurbishments, drop ins, store closures as well as other merchandise and ad hoc projects.
  • To effectively support the stores in the division through regular cyclical as well as ad hoc store visit.
  • To evaluate the outcomes of the project and report on and drive recommended areas of improvements.
  • To be the customer's first choice health and beauty retailer by living and driving the company values.
Knowledge
  • Knowledge of retail store systems and processes
  • Knowledge of general project management processes and principles
  • Knowledge of Clicks business processes

Experience
  • Minimum 3 years project management experience within a retail store environment
  • Extensive experience managing multiple tasks / projects
  • Exposure to operations and / or marketing merchandise
  • Experience with SAP and MS Projects.
