Responsibilities
  • The store supervisor supports the store manager, floor manager and admin manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Drives promotions and new accounts in the store, ensuring queues are managed effectively to deliver good customer service.
  • Maintain strong communication and a proactive approach to effectiveness in the role.
  • Assist the manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
  • Maintain MBP and visual standards and store visual appeal, including in-store housekeeping.
  • Ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Conduct and assist with hanger counts.
  • Conduct regular spot checks at the service desk and fitting room.
  • Provide regular feedback to the manager on poor and best sellers.
  • Assist with staff training, performance management, recruitment and IR.
  • Drive promotions in the store and drive customer service in the store.
  • Manage opening of new accounts.
  • Queue management and admin duties including admin checks and following up on audits.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience / Knowledge: Computer literacy, good admin/credit knowledge.
  • Competencies:
  • Behavioral: Passion for fashion and attention to detail; proactive, accurate and numerate; excellent customer service and people skills; excellent communication skills; security conscious and self-motivated; attention to detail and vigilance with shrinkage.
