Main Job Function Store Manager - IXOPO

An exciting opportunity exists for a results-driven and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a passion for retail, and a proven ability to manage store operations effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Drive sales performance through effective team management and customer service excellence
  • Manage and monitor stock levels, shrinkage, and inventory controls
  • Lead, motivate, and train staff to meet performance and operational standards
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational protocols
  • Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' management experience in a clothing retail environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Computer literate (MS Office, POS and retail systems)
  • Sales and target driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Experience in staff training, development, and discipline
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
