MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To control the receiving and issueing of stock in the hospital

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION

Administrative Certificate or Diploma

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

One year experience in a procurement / financial / stock control role

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

Previous experience as a store man / administrative role

Experience in healthcare industry

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
  • Knowledge and skill in stock control principles
  • SAP financial software
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge and application of Occupational Health and Safety principles
  • Knowledge of different types of stock and how to best handle and store it (managing stock)
