A fast-paced financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Statutory Administrator, full-time in-office, to join their professional team.
This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with strong company secretarial experience who thrives in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Company formations and registrations
- Deregistration and conversion of companies and close corporations
- Managing director and member appointments and resignations
- Maintaining statutory registers (directors, shareholders, share registers)
- Processing share transfers and issuing share certificates
- Drafting statutory resolutions and minutes
- Preparing and filing CIPC submissions via eServices and BizPortal
- Filing Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) information with CIPC
- Ensuring compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001 (FICA)
- Managing KYC documentation and related administrative tasks
- General compliance and record-keeping duties
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar company secretarial role
- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act
- Experience with CIPC eServices and BizPortal
- Proficient in company secretarial software (Greatsoft and Signiflow preferred)
- Tertiary qualification aligned to secretarial or corporate governance studies
- Experience within an accounting or financial services environment advantageous
- Strong database, CRM and IT skills advantageous
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
