In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of technical recruitment by leading the full-cycle recruiting process for key roles in engineering and product. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, ensure a high-quality candidate experience, and continuously improve recruiting processes through innovation and data analysis. Accountabilities- Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles from intake through offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role specifications and hiring strategies
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies in core talent markets
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Deliver a consistent and high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance
- Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyze recruiting data to continuously improve outcomes
- Contribute to the evolution of recruiting processes and best practices
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Track record of successfully hiring for engineering and product roles
- Deep understanding of Eastern European and Balkan talent markets
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches from kickoff to close
- Strong stakeholder management skills and influence over hiring decisions
- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-direction
- Attention to detail and ability to operate with structure and consistency
- Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams
- Curiosity and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Experience with AI tools to enhance recruitment workflows
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
