Specifications Consultant (CVZSC)
Job Description
- Create awareness and demand for our clients product range
- Build ongoing and effective contacts with architects, designers and corporate clients
- Attain an advanced understanding of the product range and application
- Understanding of key specification segments with the view to conduct regular market share analysis
- Identification and growth of new and existing customers and markets
- Servicing an existing client base
- Communicating the product range information accurately and confidently
- Forecasting of specified items
- Ensure architectural libraries are kept current
- Monthly presentations at regional sales meetings
- Hosting customer events
- Loop closure with sales team to ensure specifications translate into direct sales
- Sales / Marketing Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Self-motivated and goal orientated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to both colleagues and customers at all levels of influence
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work alone or as a part of a team
- R per annum
