We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist Technician-Service to join our Commercial business in Kimberley. The primary responsibility of this role will be performing routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery. The Specialist Technician-Service will troubleshoot and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
• Recommend solutions and provide estimates for repair work
• Complete repairs efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on repair status and recommendations for ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of service department

• Qualified automotive technician
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service technician role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed
