Position Purpose: We are looking for a highly organised, detail oriented individual to support our Marketing Partnerships function. This entry level role is ideal for someone who understands the regulatory environment of the CFD/Forex trading industry and can ensure partner activity is compliant, accurate, and efficiently managed.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Operational and administrative support to the Marketing Partnerships team by organising partner workflows, ensuring regulatory compliant processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with basic payment reconciliation. This role supports the smooth execution of partner activities within the highly regulated CFD/Forex environment.
Partnership Operations & Organisation
  • Maintain structured documentation for all partners, including approvals, contracts, and onboarding records.
  • Support the setup and coordination of new marketing and affiliate partners.
  • Organise workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and keep internal systems up to date.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
  • Review partner marketing content to ensure accuracy, proper risk warnings, and adherence to CFD/Forex marketing regulations.
  • Work closely with Compliance to process partner approvals and ensure partner activations follow regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor live partner activity for compliance flags and elevate issues when needed.
Reporting & Monitoring
  • Assist in preparing simple performance, compliance, and operational reports.
  • Track partner activity and help identify inconsistencies, missing documents, or operational gaps.
Payment Reconciliation
  • Run basic payment reconciliation checks for partner payouts and commissions.
  • Compare partner invoices against tracked activity, client data, and agreed commercial terms.
  • Identify discrepancies, document findings, and raise to Finance or Operations as needed.
  • Maintain accurate logs for audit and compliance purposes.
General Support
  • Respond to partner queries and assist with resolving operational issues (tracking errors, missing data, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure seamless partner operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of partnership processes and workflows.
Qualifications To land this role you will need:
  • Basic understanding of the CFD/Forex industry and its regulatory environment.
  • Highly organised, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing marketing content.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn cross functional workflows.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal dashboards (training provided).
  • Prior exposure to compliance, operations, partnerships, or affiliate marketing is a plus but not required.

Working environment:

  • Hybrid/In-office 4 days per week.
