OverviewTo provide subject matter expertise and advisory services on Environmental & Social (E&S) risk management to the BU Credit Function in respect of elevated environmental and social risks inherent in the client portfolio owing to the activities of the BU client portfolio across all sectors and geographies. Undertake due diligence on elevated risk counterparties in line with the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS). Contribute to periodic internal reporting as well as providing input into Group external disclosure reports including the ESG report, Report to Society and the Climate-related Financial Disclosures report.

The role requires a specialist in the field of Environmental & Social risk management. A proven track record of being a specialist in the Environmental consulting and ESG Risk, identifying impacts and implementing mitigation measures, providing expert advice and guidance to senior leaders would be required.
