Our Client in the Beauty and Wellness Industry, is seeking to employ an experienced Spa Therapist to their team based in Humansdorp.

Requirements
  • Relevant 2-3 year accredited Health & Skincare qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Spa Therapist.
  • Strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • High standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
  • Mature, responsible, and target-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials, and skincare services.
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are clean, prepared, and compliant with hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments.
  • Support spa sales targets through service excellence and product knowledge.
  • Assist with bookings, scheduling, and basic administrative duties.
  • Uphold spa policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive spa environment.
