BEFORE YOU APPLY:

One of the main reasons candidates are screened out is simple misalignment between their CV and the role they're applying for. Before submitting an application, it's worth taking a few minutes to check that your experience clearly matches the job spec. A quick way to do this is by using an AI tool like ChatGPT. Paste the job description and your CV, then ask: "Please evaluate my CV against this job spec. Where do I match, where are the gaps, and how can I improve it?" The feedback highlights alignment, gaps, and areas where your experience could be positioned more clearly. This process takes minutes and can significantly improve your chances of being shortlisted in a competitive market.
