Job Description

Contract Opportunity available for a Foundations Site Supervisor with lines and substation experience and background to join our team based in Kuruman / Hotazel (Northern, Cape). If you're, experienced in power generation projects, and ready for your next big challenge, this could be the perfect fit

  • National Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
  • Trade test or equivalent technical qualification in Civil works (advantageous)
  • Valid construction safety training (e.g. SHE, OHS, First Aid, Heights) etc.
Preferred Experience:
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in Foundation works supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in Lines and substations experience on Project Environment.
  • Experience required in monitoring, controlling, and reporting on all activities in the Project, exposure to contracts management including NEC and other Eskom/NTCSA procedures, Processes and Protocol HV Regs Authorisation and internal Eskom course will be an added advantage
Key Performance Area
  • To oversee and ensure the accurate and safe execution of all foundation works, including excavation, reinforcement and concrete placement for the transmission line project.
Additional Requirements
  • Laptop, 3G, Wi-fi, Mobile, PPE, 4 or 2x4 Vehicle for site visits
