• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely manner.
• Maintain high accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payment, including actioning clubcard rewards.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
• Promote the Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
• Inform customers about promotions to positively affect sales.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador, being visible and friendly.
• Execute and maintain merchandising and housekeeping duties per store standards.

• Keep updated knowledge of products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information.
