Shift Millwright - Injection Moulding

A well-established manufacturing client based in Durban is seeking a qualified Shift Millwright with injection moulding and high-speed production experience.

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• N3 or equivalent technical qualification
• Trade Tested Millwright
• Minimum 5 years' post-trade manufacturing experience
• Injection moulding / plastics manufacturing experience
• FMCG, packaging, or high-speed production environment exposure
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and breakdown experience
• Experience with PLCs, variable speed drives, servo motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial electronics
• Mechanical fitting skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic drawings
• Willingness to work shifts and standby duties

• Maintenance and repair of production machinery
• Breakdown response and troubleshooting
• Preventative maintenance
• Machine installations and refurbishments
• Root cause analysis and machine optimisation
• Ensure safety and quality compliance
