Job Description
Sabenza IT & Recruitment is looking for a Senior Business Process Manager to lead the redesign of Retail Workforce Management processes in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Business Process Management and Workforce Management. Responsibilities include developing process maps, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The role requires strong modelling skills (BPMN) and experience in managing stakeholder relationships. A knowledge of UKG/Kronos systems is advantageous.
