Senior Test Analyst (SAP Hybris)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst with strong experience in SAP Hybris to join our QA team. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our eCommerce platforms through comprehensive testing, supporting a seamless customer experience across our retail channels.

• Lead testing efforts for eCommerce applications built on SAP Hybris.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios in Azure DevOps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing across multiple eCommerce modules.
• Validate critical workflows such as product catalog, cart, checkout, payments, promotions, and order management.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure full coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Azure DevOps.
• Provide test progress reports and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst in large scale eCommerce environments.
• Strong hands on expertise with SAP Hybris testing.
• Solid understanding of retail eCommerce workflows and customer journeys.
• Web and Mobile App Testing experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Familiarity with API validation and data consistency checks.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in agile/scrum teams and manage testing across multiple projects.

• Relevant IT Qualifications.
• Experience in retail industry or consumer facing platforms.
• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
