Senior Talent Partner

Location: South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a crucial role supporting one of our esteemed clients - a global FMCG leader and a household brand.

Working closely with European stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge data and insights, while utilizing innovative tools and platforms to engage with top talent across the UK and European Market.

• Leading end-to-end recruitment delivery across a defined FMCG portfolio, spanning commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Driving deep talent insights through market mapping, competitor analysis, and research to support workforce and hiring strategies.
• Providing clear, data-led market intelligence to inform role design, attraction approaches, and hiring decisions.
• Executing proactive, hands on sourcing aligned to FMCG talent trends and scarcity areas.
• Managing candidate engagement end-to-end, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience.
• Partnering closely with stakeholders to shape recruitment conversations with a strong focus on business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• 6-8 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and present complex talent data and market insights.
• High level of comfort working with data to inform hiring strategy, workforce planning, and decision-making.
• Demonstrated sourcing capability and confidence using modern talent tools.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
• Experience in FMCG, bottling, manufacturing, or consumer sectors is highly advantageous.
• Someone who performs well in dynamic, fast moving environments.
