You'll recruit across multiple industries and job types (permanent, contract and independent contractors), partnering with senior-level local and international clients and delivering a professional, consultative service.

International recruitment experience, working with offshore clients is preferable

Strong track record managing a busy desk and earning commission

Experience placing candidates up toC-suite level

Confident in client engagement, business development and relationship management

Experience servicingowner-founder SMEs

Tech-savvy with hands-on ATS and CRM experience

Dedicated private home office

Laptop no older than3 years

Backup power to work through load shedding

SA citizen or valid work permit
