Senior Systems Engineer
Job Description
We're looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Systems Engineer to join our Technology team. To deliver world class experiences, we need the highest level of technical expertise to support key IT infrastructure projects and complex support tickets across the Real Group.
In this role, you'll act as a technical expert and escalation point for our system engineers, providing advanced support and guidance. You'll design and implement strategic projects, ensure solutions meet best-practice standards, and deliver training and documentation to help the team manage changes effectively. You'll also monitor system performance across on-premises and cloud environments, administer systems and configurations, and identify opportunities to improve IT systems and processes.
You'll need to think on your feet, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and use your initiative to problem-solve and deliver solutions that keep our technology running smoothly.
What are we looking for?- 7+ years' experience in a senior IT systems or engineering role
- Experience in consolidation of multiple domains, networks across multiple locations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Certifications in Aruba, VMware, Fortigate, or Cisco and e xperience with Virtualization technology - E.g VMWare
- Microsoft 365 Certified or equivalent
- PowerShell scripting skills for on-premise and Azure technologies
