Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Product and Supplier Research - Identify, research, and assess potential suppliers and products to meet business and procurement requirements.
- KYC and Supplier Due Diligence - Conduct KYC screening to verify supplier credibility, compliance, and onboarding suitability in line with company standards.
- Contract and Agreement Review - Review SLAs, term sheets, and commercial agreements to ensure alignment with company policies, risk appetite, and operational requirements.
- Product Evaluation & Evolution - Evaluate products and services to ensure quality, suitability, and alignment with Sourcefin's technical, commercial, and operational needs.
- Negotiation - Lead or support commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contractual conditions.
- Supplier Database Management - Build, maintain, and continuously update a comprehensive and accurate supplier database.
- Quote Comparison and Cost Analysis - Review and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost effective and competitive sourcing decisions.
- Supplier Relationship Management - Develop, manage, and maintain strong, long term supplier relationships to support performance, reliability, and future opportunities.
- Project Leadership - Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- End to End Visibility and Reporting - Maintain full visibility across all project stages by defining clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and progress reporting.
- Risk Management - Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and supplier related risks, balancing speed, quality, cost, and long term supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder Alignment - Align supply chain and procurement activities with deal requirements through effective communication with internal deal managers and external stakeholders.
- Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement - Anticipate challenges, implement proactive solutions, and drive continuous improvements in procurement and project delivery processes.
- Prioritisation and Adaptability - Manage competing priorities effectively, adapt plans as required, and minimise disruption to project outcomes.
- Supplier Performance Management - Build, manage, and maintain high performing supplier partnerships to ensure timely delivery of high quality outputs.
