Senior Security Risk Manager - Investigations & Crisis

Location: Sandton JHB

• At least 5-10 years of experience in security services, with 2-5 years at a middle management level.
• Ages between 35-50.
• Own Vehicle.
• Good Health.
• Salary offers to be negotiated.

• PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) registration - Grade A is required.

• Deep understanding of security investigations, physical security, IT/communication security, and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) acts.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, implement security protocols, and manage technical systems like CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring.
• In-depth knowledge of legal regulations, industry standards, and a commitment to integrity.

• Analytical thinking, report writing, negotiation, and proficiency in operational security systems.
• Proven experience in managing, training, and motivating security teams, with a focus on accountability and team safety.
• Calmness under pressure, with the capability to make rapid, sound decisions during emergencies and develop effective, proactive crisis plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication for reporting, liaising with stakeholders, and de-escalating conflict with empathy.
