Our client based in Centurion, Pretoria are currently looking for a technically skilled and commercially driven Senior Sales Engineer/Manager specializing in generator solutions for mission-critical applications such as hospitals, data centres, industrial plants, and infrastructure projects

Main Job Function
  • Drive business development in the critical power sector
  • Understand client needs and design tailored generator solutions
  • Conduct site visits, develop proposals, and support tenders
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and provide pre/post-sales technical support
  • Manage a sales team
Qualifications
  • A diploma/degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Criteria
  • 3-5+ years' experience in generator or power systems sales
  • Strong knowledge of generator systems, controls, and critical loads
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed
  • Experience in backup power for infrastructure, familiarity with industry standards (SANS, IEC, NFPA), or knowledge of hybrid systems will be an added advantage
