A Leading Cost Consultancy is looking for various Senior Quantity Surveyors & Quantity Surveyors to join their UK commercial team.

The main objective of the role is to deliver commercial and contract management services for an assigned regulated client.

You will:

• Deliver contract management throughout the lifecycle of client's construction or infrastructure projects.
• Advise client Project Managers on NEC contractual matters.
• Lead the post contract administration of NEC contracts, early warnings, compensation events and defects for live projects.
• Lead the pre contract creation of NEC contracts, tendering documentation and procurement strategies for new projects.
• Monitor and report on the commercial position for your projects.
• Support Associate Directors to ensure that your client receives a first class service.
• Ensure projects are compliant with contractual terms and achieves the client's objectives.

Working for a leading UK cost consultancy, who was recently been acquired by a global technical consultancy.

Part of the UK business unit that has growth plans to double their Consultants on assignment in the next 2 years.

Managing high profile construction or infrastructure projects for one of UKs leading regulated organisations.

Strong job security with most contracts lasting on average 3-5 years, with some up to 10 years.

Supported by an Associate Director, with quarterly UK business unit and six monthly global company team events.

Salary: Between £45,000 - £75,000 (Depending on the role)

We currently have 10 live permanent jobs with this client across the following locations: East Yorkshire (SQS for 1 utilities client - all post contract NEC administration), North West (SQS & QS for 3 nuclear and utilities clients - all post contract NEC administration), M4 Corridor (SQS & QS for 2 utilities clients - pre and post contract NEC administration).

Our client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors & Quantity Surveyors who are looking for a career move.

SQS' will have a minimum of 10+ years, whereas QS' will have at least 5+ years commercial experience.

Must have many years experience of delivering NEC contracts for any consultancy, client organisation, main contractor or subcontractor.

Must have strong post contract administration of NEC contracts, with experience of managing early warnings, compensation events and defects for live projects.

Must have client facing experience with the ability to offer advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on complex commercial matters.
