Senior Quantity Surveyor (Pr.QS) - Multi-Disciplinary Development Management

Location: Durbanville, Cape Town

The Opportunity A premier multi-disciplinary Development Management firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their newly established Cape Town office and is currently executing a strong project pipeline across both South Africa and Namibia.

The position offers unique exposure to cross-border projects, including occasional travel to their head office in Windhoek, Namibia, and various project sites.

Requirements

Registration: Must be Professionally Registered (Pr.QS).
Experience: 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
Attributes: Proven leadership capabilities, a high-performance mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
Discretionary participation in an annual profit pool.
