About the RoleWe are searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join us in driving significance together.
Required Qualifications & Experience- Tertiary degree, diploma or certificate in a relevant field (Programme or Project Management. PMP will be advantageous)
- Agile Practitioner (SAFe or SCRUM) is preferred (or prepared to undertake certification soon after onboarding if required)
- 5 - 8 years' working experience as a Project Manager
- Experience in the Banking or Finance Industry is essential
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Agile Project Delivery (working in Tribes, Chapters, Feature Teams etc.)
- Working experience as a SCRUM Master or EPIC Owner ("Programmer Manager") can be beneficial
- Critical Thinking: Evaluate complex banking and operational challenges to propose effective solutions.
- Active Learning: Stay updated on finance technologies, safety requirements and operational improvements.
- Systems Analysis: Understand how banking operations, systems, and environmental conditions affect outcomes.
- Complex Problem Solving: Analyse multi-layered operational issues and deliver actionable solutions.
- Deductive & Inductive Reasoning: Interpret trends across production, sensor data, fleet behaviour, and safety indicators.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to engage and influence frontline teams through to senior leadership.
- Team Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, IT, and vendors.
- Analyse and document banking operational processes (production, planning, etc.)
- Compiling business cases, business requirements and process maps
- Stakeholder Management
- Creating and Managing project schedules (including SOW, backlogs, task prioritisation and other)
- Project RAID management
- Project integration and change management
- Budget and cost management including procurement and reporting
- Quality management
- Conflict management and negotiations
- Coordinate cross-functional / multi-disciplinary technical teams
- Release and configuration Management
- Steering Committee Reporting
