As a Senior Power BI Consultant, you will transform complex datasets into powerful, actionable insights. You'll design and build intelligent dashboards, guide end to end analytics projects, and influence high level business decisions. This is a role for someone who thrives on analytical depth, technical mastery, and creative problem solving.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design and build advanced Power BI and QlikView dashboards that uncover hidden business opportunities.
  
• Lead and deliver BI and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, contributing to a creative, high performance environment.
• Develop robust data models, ETL processes, and visualisation frameworks using Power BI, QlikView, and Microsoft technologies.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights, enabling executives and teams to make informed decisions.
• Implement best practice standards in DAX, Power Query, QlikView scripting, data modelling, and user-friendly dashboard design.

Requirements Include:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
  
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience with Power BI, the Microsoft data stack, and QlikView development.
  
• Advanced skills in data modelling, ETL, DAX, Power Query, and QlikView script.
  
• Strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for insight generation.
  
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Deep understanding of dashboard UX principles, performance tuning, and scalable BI architecture.
