As the Senior People Business Partner, you will manage the day-to-day HR Operations of your assigned teams. You will serve as the strategic People advisor to assigned business units. You own the end-to-end People strategy for your portfolio, aligning talent initiatives with operational goals, client expectations, and organizational growth plans.
You lead the design and execution of People programs that foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, productivity, and continuous development. You partner closely with senior leaders to proactively identify workforce risks, talent gaps, and organizational needs, ensuring sustainable business performance.

WHAT WILL YOU DOBusiness Partnership
- Assist with the people strategy for assigned teams, aligning workforce planning, engagement, and performance initiatives with business objectives including contributing to the development and administration of programs, procedures, policies, and guidelines that support organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS for assigned business units, partnering with HRIS analysts to maintain reliable records and leverage workforce data to inform business decisions Partner with People Development and business leaders to drive the effective execution of performance development policies, ensuring PDP quality, leadership accountability, and alignment with business priorities within assigned teams.
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle strategy within assigned business units, ensuring alignment between People initiatives and business performance outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and implement targeted enablement strategies that strengthen team performance and organizational readiness.
- Drive proactive employee relations strategies to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, serving as the escalation point for complex cases and implementing interventions that mitigate risk and strengthen engagement and retention.
- Own labor compliance governance for assigned business units, leading investigations, mitigating legal risk, and representing the organization in conciliation or regulatory proceedings as required.
- Lead People readiness during seasonal ramp-ups and business expansions, including workforce planning alignment, onboarding strategy, and risk mitigation planning.
- Take on any additional duties consistent with your skills and experience, as directed by your manager.

YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 4-5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partnership experience, including demonstrated experience advising senior leaders.
- Extensive knowledge of local labor laws.
- Experience in the BPO environment is preferred.
- Experience using BambooHR or similar HRIS is highly desirable.
- Willingness to specialize in labor law and employee relations and handle disciplinary cases.
- Intermediate skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications.
