Red EmberRecruitment is recruiting a Payroll Supervisor for our client in the East ofJohannesburg

• Full end-to-endpayroll processing on Sage 300 People.
• Capture,validate, and process payroll inputs including salary changes, overtime,deductions, and leave.
• Performpre-processing checks, validations, and variance reporting.
• Reconcilepayroll control totals, bank files, and GL postings.
• Manage EMP201,EMP501, and IRP5 submissions.
• Ensurecompliance with PAYE, UIF, SDL, and BCEA regulations.
• Maintain systemconfigurations including earning codes, leave rules, and GL mappings.
• Support ESSfunctionality and payroll system controls.
• Provide payroll reporting and audit support

• Completed Degree or Diploma inPayroll, Accounting
  
• 6 years' payroll experience
  
• 3-5 years' hands-on Sage 300People experience (non-negotiable)
  
• Experience processing payroll formedium to large organisations (1000+ employees)
  
• Strong knowledge of South Africanpayroll legislation and SARS submissions
  
• Advanced Sage 300 People payroll
  
• Advanced Excel skills
  
• Solid understanding of payroll GLintegration and reconciliations
  
• Strong governance mindset andcompliance focus
