• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Siebel CRM development using Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, assignment rules, and business services.
• Build and maintain complex workflows, integration objects, and EAI components.
• Perform Siebel performance tuning, troubleshooting, and provide support for production issues and incidents.
• Work closely with Oracle Customer Hub to manage and synchronize master customer data across systems.

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Siebel CRM development.
• Strong expertise in Siebel Tools, workflows, scripting, assignment manager, and configuration.
• Proven experience working with Oracle Customer Hub (OCH) or comparable Oracle MDM solutions.
• Solid understanding of customer master data management concepts, including deduplication and survivorship.
