We're seeking a driven, commercially minded Senior New Business Sales Executive for our client, a leader in risk management and claims administration within the logistics sector. In this pivotal role, you will focus on expanding the company's footprint by acquiring new clients and building high value partnerships with freight, logistics, and courier providers.

You will lead the full sales cycle-from prospecting and virtual meetings to in person visits-demonstrating a value proposition that focuses on revenue generation and risk mitigation. What We're Looking For:- Language Proficiency: Native or professional level English proficiency, with clear and concise communication.
- Sales Experience: 5+ years in new business sales, experience with predominantly high value B2B targets.
- Industry Experience: Experience in B2B freight, logistics, courier, or supply chain industries required.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to maintain accurate forecasting, activity records, and pipeline health.
- Consultative Selling: The ability to lead complex sales engagements, presenting sophisticated solutions to owners, directors, and senior executives.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, including monthly revenue targets, conversion rates, and client acquisition metrics.
- Mobility: A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel for in person client visits and industry trade shows.
