Job Description

Translate the Financial Inclusion through Entrepreneurship strategy into actionable programme plans. Monitor global and local trends in youth education and entrepreneurship to inform programme design. Provide technical guidance to business units and clusters on youth development initiatives. Conceptualise and design scalable entrepreneurship education projects. Review and assess funding proposals for grant-making decisions. Coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring delivery against milestones and KPIs. Compile analytical reports and insights to inform strategic decisions. Manage partner onboarding and ensure contractual compliance with project requirements. Liaise with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Maintain documentation and audit trails for all programme activities. Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diplomas, or B Tech (NQF 7) Field of Study (Preferred) : Commerce, Sciences, Humanities (Education / Development / Public Policy) 5 - 12 years of experience in education, social investing, development sector, or similar environments within banking, financial services, corporate affairs, or public sector, including a track record of 3 years in a people management position. Exposure to process design, optimisation, quality management, customer centricity, technology and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
