Senior De-risking Manager, Tax Compliance - EU 3P (Seller Services)

In EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience, constrains selection and jeopardizes growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.

As a De-risking Manager in EU3P Compliance programs, you execute plans to scale the tax or trade compliance program across EU and UK. You will partner with organizations to:

  • define the seller experience to increase compliance
  • shape the risk appetite for executive leadership
  • implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces
  • implement and drive simplification initiatives

The ideal candidate is motivated and agile, with strong project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
  • Execute the seller experience plan together with product management
  • Shape the risk appetite for executive leadership
  • Implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces including reporting mechanisms
  • Implement and drive simplification initiatives based on customer or team feedback

Basic Qualifications
  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
  • Master's degree or equivalent
