• Provide specialized expertise in the collection of electronic data, particularly non-CRF data.
• Support the development of data transfer agreements for complex external data.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to establish data collection requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data in line with requirements.
• Conduct quality control on test transfers to confirm data integrity.
• Collaborate with external vendors to align on Data Transfer Agreements.
• Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and drive project deliveries.
• Resolve issues effectively and elevate to leadership as necessary.
• Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in a technological or clinical field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven experience in creating data transfer agreements.
• Ability to interpret data collection requirements from clinical trial protocols.
• Experience with non-CRF electronic data (e.g., laboratory data, IWRS, ECG).
• Knowledge of transforming non-CRF raw electronic data into standardized formats.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of explaining complex data to diverse audiences.
