Job Summary To provide specialist advice and support to recruit and select quality talent, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs). Job Description Operational Excellence & Process Management Act as the primary coordination point for all candidate interactions, ensuring smooth scheduling of interviews, assessments, and business engagements. Manage the full interview cycle-initial discussions, business panels, and final rounds-while maintaining consistent communication with all stakeholders. Oversee the administration of psychometric assessments, ensuring timely delivery of results and clear feedback to business partners. Ensure strict adherence to recruitment policies, process standards, and agreed service-level timeframes. Review all employment offers prior to release, confirming accuracy of compensation details, share buyouts, incentive awards, and start dates. Stakeholder Engagement & Service Delivery Maintain strong, professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the right level of communication at each stage. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, creating a sense of professionalism, engagement, and connection with every interaction. Take full ownership of service delivery, ensuring queries are resolved promptly and appropriately. Governance, Compliance & Quality Assurance Coordinate background checks, legal verifications, and all mandatory compliance processes within required timelines. Ensure all recruitment documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks meet quality and audit standards. Onboarding & Payroll Integration Lead the coordination of onboarding activities for all new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation. Ensure payroll receives all necessary documentation ahead of new employees' start dates to avoid delays or errors.
