We are seeking a Certified Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience to support the SAP eCommerce Remediation Project (Hybris/Omni). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery across retail and omni/eCommerce environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Define and strategize the approach to BA work for assigned projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders.
  • Requirements Management: Elicit, document, and review requirements (e.g., BRDs).
  • Agile/Waterfall Documentation: Create Epics, Features, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Process Analysis: Document as-is and to-be processes, conduct gap analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Testing & Validation: Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business sign-off.
  • Operational Support: Provide BAU support and ensure smooth transition post-project delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Certification: Certified Business Analyst.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in BA roles.
  • Industry Expertise: Omni-channel and eCommerce experience.
  • Methodologies: Strong background in both Agile and Waterfall delivery.
  • Technical Knowledge: SAP modules experience, specifically SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Project Supported: SAP eCommerce Remediation / Hybris / Omni.
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (details to be confirmed)
Location & Travel
  • Base Location: Woodstock, Cape Town
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to Cape Town (Woodstock office).
  • Work Policy: 1-day WFH permitted per week.
  • Frequency of Travel: To be confirmed (TBC).
