Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Supervise all administrative personnel and ensure that day to day tasks are completed and deadlines are met
  • Assist with any personnel queries i.e. payroll, new staff applications etc.
  • Coach staff where required
  • Assist and attend to any incoming calls
  • Capture contracts on the System (CAMS) when necessary. Where admin staff capture contracts, the job holder checks whether this is done correctly
  • Arrange and follow up on new fitments when necessary
  • Oversee the stock control process
  • Oversee scheduling efficiencies
  • Assist regional manager with daily branch activities in his absence
  • Create POs in NAV
  • Prepare daily scheduling efficiency report
  • Compile fitment and scheduling reports
  • Compile active vehicle list on request
  • Compile Change of Ownership Report
Requirements
  • National Diploma Business Administration - ideal
  • 2 years previous administrative experience
  • 2 years client services experience
  • 2 years MS Office (Excel Intermediate Level)
  • 2 years Stock Control
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
