Responsibilities
  • Create compelling and dynamic 3D animations that captivate and engage audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with artists, designers, and engineers to seamlessly integrate animations into projects.
  • Interpret feedback from creative leads and stakeholders to achieve desired animation style and quality.
  • Rig and animate characters, creatures, objects, and environments based on project needs.
  • Develop and enhance animation pipelines, tools, and processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve animation quality.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators, fostering their growth and skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in animation, gaming, film, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Adobe Animate, Blender).
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and character performance.
  • Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of animation work and styles.
  • Experience with character rigging and animation, including facial animation.
  • Knowledge of real-time rendering techniques and interactive media constraints (for game-focused roles).
  • Effective collaboration and communication within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality animations.
  • Software: Maya, Houdini, Arnold etc
