• Lead the design and development of backend solutions using C#, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
• Integrate modern AI toolsets into existing and new applications, enhancing product functionality and driving user value.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical specifications; deliver high-quality, well-documented code aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate actively in code reviews; support CI/CD and release pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve defects and production incidents; contribute to root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test evidence, and deployment guides, ensuring compliance with company SDLC and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes, tools, and AI integration strategies to maximize development efficiency and innovation.
• AI-native development using C# and Python, with a solid understanding of backend frameworks and databases (PostgreSQL, GraphQL).
• Hands-on expertise in integrating AI features into production applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code review practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent professional English; all project communication and documentation are conducted exclusively in English.
• Residence requirement: You already live in South Africa or the UK and have the right to work there.
