• Supporting the Head of Finance in day to day finance operations
• Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensuring accurate general ledger processing, reviews, and reconciliations
• Managing cash flow planning and banking processes
• Overseeing debtors, creditors, and revenue reconciliations
• Ensuring SARS compliance and all statutory submissions
• Participating in and managing year end audit processes
• Implementing and maintaining financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Identifying and driving finance process improvements
• Monitoring operational costs and ensuring accurate cost allocations
• Leading and developing junior finance staff
• Building a high performance culture within the finance team
• Partnering effectively with operational teams to support business objectives
