A reputable agriculture recruitment firm is seeking a candidate responsible for managing commercial seedling production to international quality standards. The role includes daily planning of irrigation and pest control programs, guiding the irrigation team, and conducting production trials. Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in agriculture or horticulture, experience in intensive vegetable farming is a plus, and fluency in English and Afrikaans. Own transport is necessary.
