Your work environment

The ClubMed Hygiene, Safety and Environmental team ensures the safety and peace of mind of our guests throughout their stay. As a prevention expert, you play an essential role in guaranteeing their well being and maintaining secure, comfortable spaces across the Resort. Your working environment is designed for responsiveness and efficiency, where empathy and attentiveness are key to providing high quality service. You will be a central player in emergency management, prevention systems and safety training programs that ensure every guest enjoys a worry free experience.

  • Responsible, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and property at all times
  • Organized, able to manage procedures, documentation and security systems precisely
  • Vigilant, responsive and calm under pressure when facing unexpected situations
  • Exemplary, leading and motivating your team through commitment and presence in the field
You will
  • Guarantee the safety and security of all guests, team members and resort assets
  • Supervise, train and motivate the Security team through daily field management
  • Ensure compliance with legal, company and safety regulations in all operations
  • Perform regular inspections, briefings and updates on safety procedures and emergency plans
  • Maintain key systems, CCTV, fire safety equipment and all documentation in proper order
  • Promote respect for hygiene, waste management and environmental standards
  • Support team development by ensuring strong communication and professional growth
