Job Description

The Sector Head: Office Automation is responsible for leading and growing the National Office Automation division, overseeing sales, service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role requires strategic oversight, team leadership, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders while ensuring commercial and operational performance across the business unit.

Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for the office automation business unit.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and expansion areas.
  • Drive a performance-driven and supplier-centric culture.
  • Analyse management reports and apply data-driven decision-making to improve performance.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Manage key accounts, escalations, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure delivery of service excellence aligned with SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners/vendors.
Operational & Service Delivery Management
  • Optimise service delivery, turnaround times, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure process compliance and continuous improvement across the unit.
  • Manage and strengthen supplier relationships to support business growth and increase revenue streams.
Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams including sales, credit and administrative teams.
  • Coach, mentor, and performance-manage staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Build high-performing teams and ensure succession planning.
  • Support and oversee B2B sales teams to drive revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Business Management, Accounting, IT, Engineering, or relevant field).
