You'll play a key role in pool operations and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This hands-on role will keep you active and engaged. Responsibilities Responsible for the ground's maintenance and landscaping of the property Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment Providing support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery Water testing and record keeping daily Maintaining the pool and spa facilities Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems Position: Seasonal Maintenance Technician Other duties as required Education and Experience: Skills and Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs infrequently; ability to work at heightsExcellent oral & written communication skills Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills With community and collaboration at our core, working at Parkbridge is not just a job-it's an experience!
