Job Description

Brockholes CE (C) Junior and Infant School is a popular, vibrant Church School situated in the heart of the Holme Valley. This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to work as part of the team and make a significant contribution to the long term strategic goals of the school.

We are looking to appoint an innovative, commercially aware, diligent, enthusiastic, hardworking and professional School Business Manager from 1 September 2026 who will lead and support all business aspects of the school including: administration, financial, GDPR, HR, income generation, premises, IT and communication.

  • is an experienced, highly motivated individual who can contribute effectively to strategic planning and ensure that the school can run smoothly, efficiently and effectively in delivery of its core aims
  • is an effective team player, with proven track record in a similar role, together with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • can contribute effectively to the financial stability of the school, setting up, commissioning and maintaining the school's annual budget
  • will have the ability to combine practical, organisational, financial and project management skills
