As a Senior SAP HR Integration Engineer (CPI & BTP), you are the digital bridge-builder between people systems and the rest of the enterprise.

Your mission is to make sure HR master data, organisational structures and workforce processes flow seamlessly, securely and in real time across the enterprise landscape. From SAP HR and SuccessFactors to downstream platforms and event-driven services, you design and build the integrations that keep the global workforce ecosystem connected.

You turn complex HR processes into reliable integration flows using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP BTP services and modern, event-based technologies such as Kafka, ensuring that every message, mapping and interface works exactly as it should.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-6 years experience in integration roles with at least 3+ years focused on SAP HR/SuccessFactors integrations and SAP CPI/BTP.
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end interface solutions, including design, build, test, deployment and operational support in enterprise environments.
