We are seeking anexperienced SAP Functional Consultant to support Talent Management and HRoperations within our global IT environment. The role focuses on ensuringsmooth operations of SAP SuccessFactors and delivering high-quality support tousers and stakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incident andservice request tickets related to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring SLAcompliance.
  • Collaborate with 1st and 3rd LevelSupport to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Handle ticket dispatching within andacross teams, cluster incidents, and create problem tickets and userstories.
  • Respond to queries from colleaguesand stakeholders professionally and timely.
  • Create and maintain knowledge basearticles.
  • Identify and recommend improvementsto enhance operational efficiency (e.g., automation initiatives).
Requirements
  • SAP SuccessFactors technicaloperations experience across modules.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems(e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High attention to detail with a focuson quality and continuous improvement.

AdvantageousSkills:

  • Deep technical knowledge in SAPSuccessFactors modules.
  • Ability to perform root causeanalysis and recommend solutions.
  • Understanding of HR processes andbest practices.
  • Experience in data analysis andreporting within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of integration tools (e.g.,Integration Center, CPI).
  • Exposure to multinational workenvironments.

Qualifications& Experience:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is aplus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SAPSuccessFactors support or operations.
