You will be responsible for transforming a high-volume database of talent into a curated shortlist of high-impact candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate Shortlists: Review and shortlist candidates from our high-volume database, selecting high-quality matches for every scheduled sales meeting.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Prioritize active job seekers while identifying "wildcard" candidates who offer strong alternative value to clients.
  • Sales Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to ensure they are credible and prepared with real, relevant talent options before engaging clients.
  • Profile Mapping: Interpret client requirements (often with limited briefs) and accurately map them to candidate profiles within our ecosystem.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain a high standard of accuracy in our database, ensuring candidate statuses and details are up-to-date for seamless hand-offs.
Qualifications
  • Experience in high-volume agency recruiting.
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and advanced Boolean search.
  • A background in supporting Sales or Business Development teams.
