(Bonus points for motor industry knowledge!)The Mission As our Sales Performance Manager, you will be the bridge between data and deals. Your day-to-day includes: Drive sales revenue by implementing the AutoTrader selling process across your customer base, engaging with executives and decision-makers, and meeting specified deadlines to deliver value. Entrenching customer loyalty by articulating and demonstrating through data, the true value that AutoTrader brings to its customers Enhance dealer yield by consistently upselling products to customers - based on customer needs and driven by data Expand customer base through new business development, focusing on: Identifying and qualifying prospects via cold calls and outbound initiatives. Building relationships with new customers to maximize revenue growth opportunities. Ensure all client visits and calls align with the designated contact plan. Maintain rigorous records of daily meetings and calls using activity tracking sheets. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate resources that aid in deal progression and closure. Meet monthly targets to fulfill the defined customer contact plan for your area. Provide exceptional service to all customers. Encourage feedback through customer ratings to continually improve service delivery. Prepare a monthly report on your area and present the same in sales meetings.This is your Key Skills Strong analytical and numerical skills - ability to use data and numbers through analysis to tell a solid sales story - showing opportunities and gaps High emotional intelligence (EQ) - resilient, determined Solid understanding of the digital environment - e.g. AI, SEO, Adwords, organic search, keywords etc. Strategic thinker with strong planning ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills People-oriented with strong relationship-building skills Well-organized and a good listener Independent and reliable Effective time management Self starter, independent thinkerWhat will success look like Being trustworthy and credible Valuing healthy conflict & critique Demonstrating commitment Accepting accountability Embrace change with enthusiasm Focusing on results and thriving in a high-performance sales environmentMinimum Requirements Matric or equivalent qualification with normal mathematics as a subject and passing with a minimum C-grade.
